• How long are shipping times?

Your products usually ship within 2-3 days of order and arrived at your address within 14-21 business days

• What’s your return policy?

Please Email us your intention and reason for returning goods to receive a full purchase price refund. We may on occasion request the goods are returned. 

• Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package in the timeframe specified for each product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. If this happens follow the returns policy.

• What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an item and it is the wrong size, faulty or wrong colour, please contact us and we will refund or replace.

• Do you offer exchanges? 

We do not offer exchanges however if there is reason for your dissatisfaction of the product supplied, contact us and we will arrange a replacement.
